General Terms & Conditions (GTC) – EMS/PCB Assembly Services
Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all EMS/PCB Assembly services provided by NISSOY S.A. to customers in Greece and abroad.
Offers and Orders
All offers are non-binding until confirmed in writing by the company.
Orders are only valid upon written confirmation from the company.
Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are determined on a project basis and do not include VAT or shipping costs.
In case of delayed payment, statutory interest will apply according to Greek law.
Delivery and Lead Times
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on material availability.
The customer is responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete data/materials provided.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law. The competent courts are located in Katerini.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Warranty and Liability
Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement.
The company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or market delays.
